Introducing sponsorship & sharing the blog love!

Over the last few weeks I've been doing lots of work on this blog, as you may have noticed by the evolving design. One new thing I've introduced is a small sponsorship program. Since I started this blog I've sponsored many other blogs as a way of connecting with other bloggers I enjoy reading and meeting new readers. I really love the community of bloggers and blog readers I've met (that includes you!!) and also have loved the challenge of growing and improving my blog along the way.

And so, as RPD readership has grown over the past few months, I decided that now was a good time to start a little bit of sponsorship myself. As you all know, I am self-employed and attempting to earn my living from my art, my writing and my creativity, which is tough at times whilst being immensely satisfying! Introducing blog sponsorship will not only help me to sustain and build my creative life (and this blog) but will also help other people in my shoes do the same.

The small income I receive from sponsors of my blog will go toward sponsoring other blogs (to continue RPD's growth and increase my sponsors own visability), supplementing RPD projects, giveaways and ongoing costs, and help enable me to continue to dedicate time to RPD and create content that is helpful and enjoyable. I'm also offering button swaps so if you're interested in teaming up please let me know!
